This is my fifth week, day 2 and I wake up looking forward to working out. All the trainers at Spark are kind, patient, and are just as goal oriented as each client. I knew I wanted to make a change in my health and the thought of figuring it out alone was overwhelming. My first meeting set my anxious mind at ease. They have worked with me where I am and are helping me get stronger week by week. I’ll be 50 in 4 weeks and this is my birthday present to myself! I’m worth it. I find value in myself now. My children and husband are worth me prioritizing my health!If you are on the fence about committing to a gym, this is your place!
I’ve never joined a gym before and I’m so glad I decided to make Spark my first go to gym. Staff is very knowledgeable and encouraging! You always feel welcome. This place has helped me so much physically and especially mentally. BEST DECISION EVER.
Our gym is open from 5:30 am to 9:30am and 3:30pm to 7:30pm on weekdays, and 9am to 12pm on weekends. Please note that our hours may vary on holidays, so we recommend checking our website or contacting us directly for any holiday schedule changes.
We provide personal programming tailored to individual fitness goals and needs. Our certified trainers work with you one-on-one until you get comfortable and then you transition into our semi-private five to one model. This may sound confusing but we will explain it in better detail during your consultation. Just know, you will always have coaches to help you every time you workout.
Yes! Our customized programs include nutrition consultations to ensure you're fueling your body properly and maximizing the results from your workouts.
